MESVision Optics retains the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time. Free return shipping is limited to a maximum of three returns in any one year period. Free returns offer only valid for residents of the contiguous U.S.
Halloween, specialty and made-to-order (RGP and other custom contact lenses) contacts are not eligible for return unless defective. For defective Johnson & Johnson VisionCare, Inc. and Bausch + Lomb contact lenses, please review their separate return policies. MESVision Optics cannot issue credit for products damaged in transit to MESVision Optics warehouses. Some credit cards may take up to 10 days for a credit to show on your account. PayPal users may see separate line items for the authorization, actual charge and refund. Please look for the refund line item before contacting us. MESVision Optics does not charge restocking or service fees. In the event that you are unable to print a return label, please contact us and we will mail you a return label, or address your package, including the RMA number, and mail to the address below. MESVision Optics will reimburse you for the cost. In order to receive reimbursement for shipping costs, you will need to provide a copy of the receipt.
